[W] — WHATSAPP BUSINESS PLATFORM
Companies talk to their customers on WhatsApp.Yorus runs the infrastructure.
B2B software. Operated by Yorus on the client's behalf. The client owns its own account.
Yorus is a software (SaaS) platform that connects Brazilian companies to their customers on WhatsApp, built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Hospitality and travel groups, real-estate developers and brokerages, and service businesses hire Yorus to operate their WhatsApp support and service notifications on their behalf.
What the platform does
- 01.
Receives and delivers messages
When an end customer writes to the company, we receive the message through Meta's official API and deliver it to the support system the company already uses — deduplicated and traceable end to end. No message is lost silently.
- 02.
Sends replies and service notifications
Support replies and service notifications — confirmations, alerts, booking and case updates — go out through the same platform, with idempotent sending: bursts and retries never become duplicate messages for the end customer.
- 03.
Tracks delivery and read status
Every outbound message has its lifecycle recorded: accepted, sent, delivered, read or failed. Failures are never silent — they raise an alert and enter a handling queue.
- 04.
Manages the client's WhatsApp Business account
Phone numbers, message templates, quality rating and messaging limits. Today we manage our clients' business portfolios on Meta — always with access explicitly granted by them.
Who it is for
Our clients are companies, not end consumers: hotel and resort chains, construction and real-estate developers, brokerages, and service operations that talk to customers on WhatsApp at scale.
The model is simple. The company owns its own WhatsApp Business account and grants Yorus explicit access to operate it. Yorus provides the technology service; the relationship with the end customer remains the company's.
How it works
- 01.
A message arrives
The end customer writes to the company's WhatsApp number. Meta delivers the event to the Yorus platform through the Cloud API, with two-layer signature verification before any processing.
- 02.
The platform processes it
Deduplication, persistence and routing: each message is recorded exactly once and forwarded to the company's support system.
- 03.
The company replies
The support team answers from the company's own system; the platform sends the reply through Meta's API with an idempotency key — the same send never goes out twice.
- 04.
Everything is auditable
Delivery and read status, failures, queues and alerts are all recorded. Nothing silent, nothing lost.
The platform runs on managed infrastructure (Railway and Cloudflare), with access credentials encrypted at rest and phone numbers masked in operational logs.
Data, privacy and responsibility
- 01.
In WhatsApp flows, Yorus acts as a data processor on behalf of the client company — the controller — under Brazil's data-protection law (LGPD).
- 02.
Data is never sold and never used for advertising.
- 03.
Message content, phone numbers and delivery metadata are processed exclusively to provide the contracted service.
- 04.
Data deletion can be requested at any time through a publicly documented process.

Straight answers
- 01.
Is Yorus a BSP (Business Solution Provider)?
No. Yorus operates as a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform: we use Meta's Cloud API to provide a technology service to other companies, which own their own WhatsApp Business accounts. We do not resell API access and we are not listed in Meta's partner directory.
- 02.
Who owns the WhatsApp Business account?
The client company, always. The account (WABA), the phone numbers and the message templates belong to the client's business portfolio on Meta. Yorus receives explicit access, granted by the client, to operate and manage those assets on its behalf.
- 03.
What data does Yorus process, and why?
Messages exchanged between the company and its customers, phone numbers, and delivery/read status — exclusively to provide the contracted service. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
- 04.
How do end customers consent to receiving messages?
Following Meta's platform rules: business-initiated messages use approved templates and opt-in consent collected by the client company; customer-initiated conversations are answered within the customer service window.
- 05.
How do I request data deletion?
Through the public instructions at yorus.ag/data-deletion, or by emailing privacidade@yorus.ag. The process has a confirmation deadline and covers data processed on the platform.
- 06.
What is Yorus's relationship with Meta?
Yorus uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), Meta's official API, and maintains active business verification with Meta. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners; Yorus does not claim partnership or endorsement.
